Caught her cheating with her ex

I'm in a relationship with a girl since 5yrs.I caught her cheating with her ex on the very first year, she cried asked for one chance to improve herself she started crying I gave her a chance,

Again on the third year I caught her cheating with the same person again she started crying and started begging for one last chance .she was the one whom I loved the most with very pure intention so I accepted her apology and continued our relationship.

Now we are in the 4th year 5th to be, I caught her cheating with some other person who's not the same person as before.

No I want all of yours suggestion, should I again listen to her and forgive her or to leave her and move on ?

This things hitting me so hard that I've lost around 10kg thinking of the same.
