I am emotionally drained.

I am emotionally drained.How to explain what I am feeling right now? I don't want to overreact but I get impulsive whenever something happens. I wasn't like this before.I don't want to become like this.???? I literally hurt my babe today. I feel so stupid . I am getting married to the love of my life next month and see I keep hurting him. May be I am emotionally weak because of marriage.How can I overcome all these things ????
