So basically my friend dated one guy

So basically my friend dated one guy and the relationship was good as far we know and she suddenly told us that he broke up out of nowhere when everything was nice and calm, we were telling her it's gonna be ok but she felt betrayed because he was her first in everything and she felt like she needed closure he didn't give her anything after 10 months of dating and she got so tense that she overdose herself with sleeping pills because she kept seeing him in her dreams and those moments and it went wrong we have to take her to the hospital she was in the emergency for more than 24 hours. 

She was repeating he hasn't done anything even when she was unconscious but we knew he had done something. Still her mother tried to contact this guy and he didn't even try to co-operate with her mom instead said he can sue her too blah blah and we convinced him to send a VM but we found that my friend has lost her memory. 

And she doesn't even remember who he was or anything related to him. So we deleted the every existence she had in her phone related to him. He might not know that besides he blocked her. I just wanna know if she see him again will she recognise him, so we can keep her away from him you know and the doctor said she was already in a trauma and the medicine got overlapped so she lost memories, do anyone know if she'll recover it or not because nobody wants her to feel that pain besides she started crying in the middle of the conversation and we asked the doctor he said the subconscious mind hasn't processed the trauma that's why.
